• Quality Assurance: Shah Sports Academy Pvt. Ltd. guarantees that the Z-BAT cricket bat, bearing our name, is meticulously handcrafted using the finest English/Kashmir Willow, ensuring superior quality.
• Return/Replacement: Please note that once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or replaced.
• Repair of Willow: As willow is a natural product, any damage to the bat can be repaired, but it cannot be replaced by Shah Sports Academy Pvt. Ltd.
• Shipping: Our shipping services are facilitated by a third-party provider named "RAPID."
• Shipping Terms & Conditions: The terms and conditions of shipping will be governed by the policies of the third-party provider, RAPID.
• Cancellation of Shipping: Once a shipping service has been booked, cancellation is not permitted.
  
  

  Refund and Cancellation:

• Refund Request: To initiate a refund, you must submit a written request via email to admin@Z-Bat.com.
• Required Information: Your refund request must include the order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
• Evaluation of Refunds: Z-Bat reserves the right to assess and determine whether a refund should be processed.

• Liability: Z-Bat cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the logistics process.
• Third-Party Logistics Provider: Z-Bat utilizes the services of a third-party provider, Rapid, for all logistics requirements.
• Queries: Any logistics-related queries will be forwarded to Rapid for clarification and resolution.
• Jurisdiction: Any legal matters arising from the use of our services or products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai Court.
• Delivery Time: Shipment delivery time will vary depending on the client's location, ranging from 2 to 10 days.
