TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Shah Sports Academy Pvt. Ltd(Shah Sports Tech Pvt. Ltd.), Z-BAT name on the cricket bat is your guarantee of quality and assurance that your BAT is hand crafted from the Finest English/Kashmir Willow

2. Any product once bought cannot be Returned/Replaced

3. Willow is the Natural Product so any damage in the bat can be repaired but not replaced by us.

4. Shipping is done by Third Party "RAPID"

5. For shipping the Terms & Condition will be considered as per thier Policy

6. Shipping Service Once booked Cannot be cancelled.

Refund and Cancellation

7. Refund request must be raised in writing via email to admin@z-bat.com

8. Refund request must have order number and detailed reasoning.

9. Z-Bat reserves right to evaluate and determine if refunds to be processed.

10. Refund can only processed subject to extreme situation.

Shipping Policy

11. Z-Bat does not guarantee and is not liable for any loss/damage due to logistics.

12. Z-Bat uses thrid party provider Rapid for all logistics requirements.

13. Z-Bat will forward your logistics related queries to Rapid for clarification

14. All jurisdiction matters if any will be held at Mumbai Court.

15. Shipment will be delivered in 2 to 10 days time depending on the location of the client.
